Let’s Be Frank

Introduction

Imagine standing on the edge of a cliff, staring at the vast expanse of water below. You know you need to dive in, but fear and uncertainty hold you back. This was the predicament Kristan Strate, the founder of FrankHR, found herself in. She had a vision for a groundbreaking Human Resources platform, but the technical expertise to turn that vision into reality eluded her. The go-live date for her platform had been delayed by over six months and she needed a guiding hand.

The Catalyst: Lab 1250

Enter Lab 1250. Like a lighthouse guiding ships through stormy seas, we took Kristan’s hand and led her through the tumultuous journey of building an MVP. We didn’t just deliver; we delivered with excellence. We turned her vision into a fully functional minimal viable product, and soon enough, FrankHR was onboarding paid users.

But our work didn’t stop there.

The Question Phase: Charting the Course

The next step was the ‘Question Phase’ – a critical juncture where Lab 1250 helped Kristan develop a long-term vision for FrankHR. We asked the hard questions, dug deep, and together, we charted a course for the product’s future.

This phase was not without its challenges. Development obstacles reared their heads and feature requests piled up. But with determination and collaboration, we overcame these hurdles. We remained agile, adjusting our sails as necessary to navigate through the storm.

The 5 Bold Steps Action Plan: A Guiding Light

Out of the question phase came the ‘5 Bold Steps Action Plan’. This was our compass, guiding us through the development process. Each step represented a milestone, a beacon of progress that kept us moving forward.

  1. Mapping the Product Journey: We started by mapping out the product’s journey, from its inception to its final form.
  2. Designing the User Experience: We then focused on designing an intuitive and engaging user experience.
  3. Building the Core Features: Next, we concentrated on building the core features that would drive the platform’s functionality.
  4. Testing and Refining: Once the core features were built, we tested and refined them to ensure they met our high standards of quality.
  5. Launching and Learning: Finally, we launched the product, but our journey didn’t end there. We continued to learn and evolve, using user feedback to improve and perfect the platform.

The Impact: A Leap into Success

Since its launch, FrankHR has made waves in the marketplace. The platform has empowered businesses with a streamlined and efficient HR solution, opening up new opportunities for growth and success.

FrankHR is not just a product; it’s a testament to what can be achieved when vision meets determination. It stands as a beacon for other entrepreneurs, a symbol of what can be accomplished when you dare to dive off that cliff and plunge into the unknown.

With Lab 1250 by your side, you won’t just survive the dive, you’ll soar.
